plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like wonderland food store that was only 10 minutes' walk away. a lovely place for exploring langkawi. we loved the fact that we chose akasia.
Air cond was not cold.

I'm not complaining but the hotel accommodation is very poor which is the cleanliness is not the priority and some of the facilities is not functioning well.

Nothing at all. It may perhaps be categorised as 'budget' as YMCAs worldwide but at the most basic level.It's staff doesn't clearly understand English. The rooms were dirty (cobwebs). No facility of even hot water, cup & saucer, teaspoon to make a cuppa for oneself. The furniture and room appointments are nearly threadbare.

The hotel is located at Kalibang, a 20 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes drive from Kuah town, behind Petronas petrol station, there isn't any room service provided, staff very coporative whenever we need help, room are big and comfortable, there,s plenty of space for car parking, night lighting were very poor, some area has no light at all, rate is reasonable

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got more than i paid for. Clean and comfortable room with cable tv and wifi from as low as RM69 a night is really an excellent bargain. I plan to stay again at this hotel at the end of this year:)

Nil. A very poor services hotel. Poor House keeping and poor room conditions. Not worth for the money that have paided.

Easy to find, near the petrol station and the food stalls.
The bathroom is not okay. The bulb is not in function.

1st room with broken curtain 2nd room with very smelly toilet 3rd room with air conditioner not functioning Very bad experience with akasia hotel... Not worth for the price with the hotel condition
